It's incredible to work at a place that views the Dropbox product as their second greatest priority, their first being an amazing company culture.

Cons

It's going to be extremely difficult to maintain the small company feel that truly enhances productivity. I'm interested in how well each of the teams will accomplish this much needed goal.

Great people work here. We have a collaborative environment that fosters employee growth. I feel really nurtured here and feel that I have a stake in the company. I feel valued and vital to the organization. I like being surrounded by the smartest people in the world. I also feel that whatever I want to accomplish is possible here. I am in charge of my future.

Cons

There are no strict boundaries or road blocks. Some people want to have a linear structure to the top.
