Pros

Beautiful new space we have moved into. High quality talent. A company that cares about doing the right thing for its employees and its future. There is startup maturity stuff that is still being figured out. Process, people, reorg but to be expected. Cash bonus's are being implemented for 2016!

Cons

Lots of ambiguity at times. Very competitive space. Some bits of politics going on - but on the whole not a massive issue.
