Great company with a solid foundation for a very strong future - some of the very smartest people I know work here.

Cons

Aforementioned growing pains are still relevant, especially in the Dublin office which is getting bigger and bigger by the week.

Pros

One of the biggest perks working here are the people who are incredibly smart, interesting, and humble. Honestly, it is amazing how Dropbox has been able to retain its quirky company culture while growing rapidly. (Perks and benefits are really nice, too.)

Cons

Being a start up in hyper growth phase, there certainly are a few growing pains. Environment and processes can be chaotic sometimes.

People Wages Freedom People Perks. The Dublin office is small and homely. The people are incredible and the office is doing amazing things.

Cons

Limited career path due to the early stage the office is in. Lots of smart people in the same place, there is a challenge to make sure people don't get bored/become stagnant.
