Pros

Company likes to work fast to try to get the customer done in a timely manner. Company has a great system in place from water -reconstruction.

Cons

Company cannot retain employees because as soon as production slows, they get fired . Company does not really care about employees unless they’re producing at a high level. Instead of firing at first, try finding the underlying issues because at the end of the day, there is only one common denominator... Try to train your people better. Actually care about them and don’t care so much about money and I promise that’ll cut your turnover rate in half THEN money will take care of itself Because your employees are happy and willing to work. Happy employees= happy customers which = money. I’ve never seen such a group of stressed out grown individuals in my life. There is TERRIBLE energy in that building. You all spend so much on bringing in new individuals, then you fire them instead of working with that individual on where they lack so they can get better. To Matt. Don’t deflect. Find out what you can get better at as a general manager and use those skills in the future. I’ve personally heard from people in the past and people in the present how you’re not good enough. I don’t personally believe that, but there are ways for you to improve as a leader. There are ways the company can improve The high turnover rate. There is so much drama in there. Adults acting like high school children.

Pros

This is a growing company that strives to hire good employees and offer them good pay for the work they do. Managers are fair, approachable and easy to get along with. They are consistantly doing things to make this company a better place to work. This is an honest company that strives to ensure everything they do is right, this makes it easier to do my job. They offer decent benefits, sick time, vacation time, holiday pay, 401K, and life insurance.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. Guess that is why I plan to be here a very long time.

Pros

Great Company, we've grown a lot over the last few years, they always make sure everyone has up to date software & Equipment to do our job, decent benefits, sick time, vacation time, holiday pay, 401K....The Owner & Managment are good people, he's very generous when the Company when Business is good. Overall, it's a pretty awesome place to work, I love what I do..

Cons

Siniorty don'tmatter much, hours suck, They need to hold EVERYONE accountable, you have team players that go above & beyond to make sure everythings done and the team is good and you have the ones that dont care, it's bad when your team notices, but managment doesn't seem to care. I'm sure any job you'll have some of the same issues.
