Pros

- Decent benefits - Liked the employees I worked with minus management - Stable work and consistent - Nice equipment/tools to do the job - Nice office - Decent pay

Cons

- Micro managing COO (Matt Sands) who pretty much does everybody’s job for them since he can’t get out of his own way. - No training whatsoever but expected to meet their expectations in a timely manner. - Very poor language in the work place. Not very professional. - Will take your ideas then turn them into theirs. Matt kisses the owners you know what and is very good at deflecting attention away from himself. You’ll see he is the owners puppet.

Pros

Great atmosphere! I worked in the reconstruction office, and you can guarantee yourself a good laugh at least once day. The reconstruction manager Alex is great. He will teach you the ends and outs of construction. Very smart guy, and will always get the job done. Matt Sands, general manager is an amazing person. Hilarious, and genuinely a caring guy. Paul, the CFO is the most brilliant person I have ever met. He will definitely break down everything you need to know so you'll understand. The office as a whole is great. Just be prepared to work hard, and have a sense of humor and you will fit in perfectly. Dry Force overall is everything you want in a company. Great benefits, great comradery, and great atmosphere. I definitely recommend this company. Do not be afraid if you do not have a lot of experience in construction. Just be a quick learner, have a great attitude, and be ready to have a great time at work!

Cons

Vending machines stole money from me.

Pros

Good pay, full benefits, steady hours, relaxed environment

Cons

Technicians whined about every job they were given and frequently got attitudes with dispatchers who were literally only doing their jobs, even going as far as to refuse jobs; surprise shifts that interfere with plans, inconsistent schedules that making planning any kind of life difficult; long shifts with few/extremely short breaks; HR is a joke; very poor conflict resolution by management between employees
