Good Benefits and training provided for the product.

I have been working with Duckcreek from 3 years and I dont see any growth in my career even though I got good reviews from Customer and co-workers. I feel Duckcreek shows gender partiality with developers as I see Male developers who get promoted even though there are no good reviews. Its waste to go to HR as they know about Pay gap and promotions but they prefer to keep silent about it.
