Pros
Close knit culture, easy escalation process to senior management, management really cared about the staff and teams working for them, very comparable salary for the area, first 4 levels of promotion was readily available based on performance. As long as you could make a strong case, you were well taken care of both financially and personally.
Cons
1. With ACN in the mix, it was a slow turning wheel for any change. However, ACN brought many new things to the table that Duck Creek would never been able to produce on their own. This is no longer the case, so look for improvements to happen in this area. 2. Lack of clear expectations for career growth from manager level and up.
