Pros

The nurses and providers are great, everyone has a collaborative spirit and genuinely care about our patients.

Cons

We have been asking for working supplies for years and we have either been ignored or told by management they will "circle back" but never do. The benefits are also slowly getting worse, including PTO, insurance coverage, and retirement opportunities.

Pros

Benefits, as long as you don't pick the basic health plans. PTO is not bad but is changing, not for the better. Looks good on resume. Food options in the cafeteria. Some great coworkers.

Cons

Management plays favorites. Can't trust some coworkers, sabotages and snitches can occur. No punishment for slackers and hard workers are expected to pick up the slack and go above and beyond. Burnout is very common. Very high turnover. Paying for parking, with prices constantly going up.
