Pros

This is a very good group to work with. There is reasonable sharing of resources and costs. You determine how busy you are within reason.

Cons

The new relationship with Duke has brought on some of the burdens of working for a large health system that I was looking to avoid when I began working with a multi-specialty group in private practice .

Pros

Great place to work. There plenty of opportunities for further growth from the university; educationally and for personal development.

Cons

Nothing really. But the university system is spread out and if you are working off campus you miss out on a lot of things happening on campus or have to spend more time to get there.
