Pros

Met some great people, enjoyed the clientele. Pay was descent in management but definitely not for anything under.

Cons

Took away bonuses for ASMs and cut SMs in half. Salary-good luck getting a raise pretty much no one in salary got a raise this year. Their focus is on online sales and what they can improve. If you are in a brick and mortar they could care less if your store was falling apart. There is a lack in expectations set for upper management and corporate “peers”. The training you receive is all over the place and training managers are a joke. No one is held accountable for their actions. And do not expect to be acknowledged for anything positive. They will only call out the negative. Micromanagement is a must with the upper. Also if you come to work expecting hours, we never have them to give out.

Pros

Customers are really positive people, extremely loyal to the brand and come from all different walks of life. Some of the most positive customer interactions I’ve had in retail leader roles

Cons

-District Leadership is extremely reactive, does not lead with purpose or focused on development. Focuses are often not commmunicated and communication touchpoints are hardly productive -As growing retail entity, they lead with ‘we are still learning’. However, systems and processes that are either integral to the business or missing are not considered priority (example: development plans, structured training, evaluation criteria). -Evaluation is not challenged, or investigated. Most is face value, which leads to a widespread perception of neopotism and unfair balance of responsibility

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're glad to hear you appreciate the employee discount we offer and casual work environment in the small town of Belleville, WI! You're right, we are growing quickly which presents its challenges. We've been focusing on manager coaching to provide our managers with the skills needed to support their growing staff.
