Used to be a good place to work.

Cons

Culture was always corporate, layered in bureaucracy and slow-moving, but has taken a turn for the worse with new management. It is a toxic work place being led by good ole boy top-down commanders who can't do much of anything aside from slash benefits. It takes more than looking at a P/L sheet and bragging about how you don't need to work but do anyway to lead a company. The best positioned employees have either left or are eyeing the exits. The rest are demoralized. And that's ignoring the problematic labyrinth of middle management and owners across organizations. New leadership attempted to simplify channels but managed to introduce more complexity.

Not sure what the future will be but it looks bleak.

Cons

New management is filled with white men with financial/military backgrounds. Check the website. Diversity is dwindling and don't be fooled by the articles they post in MUSE showing happy millennials playing ping pong and eating free snacks. The reality is, the new president waits in the lobby to see who comes in after 9am. The firing never stops. Ever. This brand will probably end up in the portfolio of the PE company’s other businesses. D&B’s time is long passed and Similar data can be had for much cheaper from many many other suppliers. But stay tuned for the next “New Dun & Bradstreet” story coming in a few months. The 6th one in about 10 years. All the clients want is better data and all the company wants is to toot its own horn. Very sad but many big brands of yore have also vanished.

Cons

Bob Carrigan and Josh Peirez have thrown the EB team under the bus. Thanks so much for letting them raise our targets, create new comp plans which are pathetic to say the least and not let us post out for jobs in other departments where maybe we could make more $$. How anyone with a conscience could subject a team that has crushed their numbers for the past year to this treatment is beyond me.
