I worked for a terrible boss whom could not offer advice or criticism without being constructive or kind. There are ways to get the best out of employees, and berating them in front of customers instead of behind closed doors is not the way to go about it.

POORLY managed franchise owners, general and corporate managers who see their staff as disposable commodities POOR pay for the amount of work a challenge to get over 25 hours a week scheduled due to mismanagement, though once you have proven yourself an asset to the company they will over work you, offer you promises, in vain, of raises and advancement I worked for this company on and off for over 3 years and experienced the most drama of any work experience I have ever had. My last experience included an all out war with the store manager and a total of three managers (who were mainly inexperienced and thrown into a store in desperate need of restructuring because upper management allowed it to go to hell in a handbasket before they stepped in to pin the role of scapegoat on someone) in two months time.
