      Still pretty good

      Pros

      Remote work, cannabis industry, flexible hours, I feel trusted and respected. Lots of equity grants, still pretty good pay overall. Not all departments are the same. The culture has certainly gone downhill since change in leadership but still exists on teams.

      Cons

      The CEO is a very lame, non-cannabis using East coast ex-Toast exec tech bro. He's probably good at business stuff, so that's cool and all but he does very little to inspire employees or foster a culture in comparison to the original founders. We miss you Ross & Zach! No 401k

      Pros

      Solid work/life balance, flexible scheduling, great benefits and pay, culture is a big focus.

      Cons

      Look, the company blitz scaled and is playing catch up. This has left organization a bit lacking at times.

      Great workplace

      Competitive compensation, great people, good work/life balance, lots of fun projects.

      Cons

      Some pieces of the legacy codebase are frustrating to work around. The engineering culture hasn't been super modernized. No 401k matching.
