      People were kind, flexible and understanding work schedule, great benefits, tons of exciting new things going on

      Cons

      Struggle to make a decision as a company, CEO can't let go of day to day involvement which causes even the easiest decisions to take weeks and lots of unnecessary meetings

      Cons

      Everything. They did a hostile take over of the founders of the organization. The company is structured as a sh-- show. You have people leading departments not knowing the fundamentals. Lay offs left and right and we in finance have to explain the budget and etc. Nobody wants to be accountable and low and behold engineering department has to deal with it all. I wouldn't let my dog be a mascot for them that's how bad it is.
