Pros

Industry ready for massive growth; fully remote options; product is a good idea/lots of potential

Cons

Messy tech stack - multiple acquisitions and versions of products requiring consolidation and deprecation; multiple rounds of layoffs due to lack of execution and ability of senior leadership to prioritize and make a realistic plan; senior leadership is poor/underwhelming (many new hires in sr leadership - potential to turn this around)

Pros

In 2021 with previous leadership, Dutchie was a great company with a fantastic culture that spent resources on issues like social equity and LGBTQ+ issues.

Cons

Company has now "grown up" and, in the Support area, has turned into a corporate call center. Management seemingly has no plan day-to-day, resources are hard to come by, metrics are not discussed until employees are punished for not meeting expectations.
