Business Outlook
Pros
Great industry with huge upside at some point. Nice culture and good people. Lots to learn and ways to evolve/grow. Dutchie is a leader in the space.
Cons
Every time the executive team talks, you can watch their noses growing. In my time there, I saw 3 rounds of layoffs, each one done quietly. Management team then says there will be no more layoffs, we have plenty of cash/runway for the future... until the next round. Not sure why with such great technology and customers, they company is so mismanaged, can't find a way to profitability. Expect to work really hard with little reward in the end.
