      -Remote Work -Great Managers (Depending on your department) -Flexible Time off -Room for Growth

      Cons

      -Stock options are often given instead of monetary raises (which isn't a con for everyone)

We tie achievement of performance goals to total rewards, including cash compensation, equity, benefits, skills development, and career progression opportunities.

      Cons

      Despite the growing acceptance of cannabis, there may still be lingering stigma associated with the industry. Working at a cannabis startup software tech company could potentially lead to negative perceptions from some individuals.
