No sick time, refuses to move forward. management is allowed to speak to other employees about you without getting in trouble. they would rather get rid of good employees instead of mangers that have no clue what they are doing. keeping the bad apples and letting them do whatever they want

Cons

Low amount of PTO, most people were unbearable to work with, upper C level management completely oblivious to changing markets and how to handle them. Business is run like its 1994.
