Pros

Coworkers are great people and like family

Cons

Poor structure, little to no Innovation, market followers -not leaders, management is focused on turning a profit instead of a quality product, product documentation is extremely mismanaged by engineers and management, Management focuses on interns and new blood and leave senior members behind. Senior employees are a huge asset and should be taken seriously. Pay is decent but could be better. Benefits are good too but misleading (401k is paid out once a year and is profit sharing not a traditional match). For an engineer who wants to develop and a promising career, I cannot encourage working here. In my two years, I lost skills and learned how not to do do things. For someone who wants a steady and dependable job with a great work atmosphere this is a great place.
