Good pay, pleasant conditions, nice co-workers.

Cons

Benefits have been reduced. TOA taken away. When you're sick, you must use your vacation time, therefore most people come to work sick.

- Culture is stuck in 1982, complete with a tie requirement for managers - VERY slow to upgrade technology and systems - Reclusive owner that shies away from any employee interaction - Very limited room for career growth due to size of the company and the political environment - The physical environment is as outdated as the company technology
