Good sense of teamwork and camaraderie. If you are dedicated and work hard, boss, colleagues and everyone in general will help you achieve your goals. Sense of ownership, you are the CEO of your sales territory. No bureaucracy, decisions can be made fairly quickly. President of company has open door policy. Executive team wants you to be successful. You are someone valuable to the company, not just a number. It feels as if you are part of a big family. If you can demonstrate success, you will be recognized and promoted. This is a great company, indeed.
Cons
Working on updating and upgrading systems, which could be challenging at times. Wish could have a "recreational room" for employees when taking a lunch break. Restaurants are not around the corner, so you will need to drive a couple of miles if you don't bring your lunch.
