Pros

Good benefits, good opportunities within the company (Peterbilt is right in Denton). Most people that work there are great to deal with and are professional.

Cons

Pay is low, plant management is unprofessional and in turn creates and fosters low morale at the company. The turnover is high because of the way people are being treated. They haven't been able to fill the positions as fast as they are losing people, so there isn't much of a work/life balance.

Most people here are friendly and willing to help you any way they can. Many opportunities for growth.

Cons

Employees feel undervalued and unappreciated. Communication is very poor. Upper management is more interested in assigning fault than solving problems which encourages employees to wrongly shift the blame to someone else. All of this has caused low morale.
