      5 year vested retirement plan Solid stock dividend performance (if you mange to work there a long time)

      Cons

      Terrible culture of 'this company has been making profits for years, we don't need to change anything' Zero automation or innovation; ancient technology is preferred for lower cost No preventative maintenance program at all No mentorship or training program at all Promotions almost exclusively based on loyalty/'experience' and not ability No accountability within management; groups will wait for others to volunteer to do their jobs for them before figuring out issues themselves and that seems to be tolerated Very poor bonus, raises and wages

      Pros

      The starting pay was decent but seem like there was much growth after that. I quit after two days while using vacation at my previous employer so that I was able to go back.

      Cons

      Strongly anti union, very strict on rules you will not be walking to the time clock until your time, no headphones or radios, strict on cell phones, uniforms, hotter than hell, and crappy benefits with few off days. Two weeks vacations until you reach 10 years.

      Easy place to work. You don't need a lot of skills.

      Cons

      Executive level only cares about company politics and culture. They will not place right people on right place because they don't understand necessary business skills.
