Great Schedule, the company is flexible with your needs and they do want better for their employees. Good Benefits too

Cons

Given inflation and everything else sometimes the pay on the entry level positions can make meeting your expenses every month a tough stretch

Excellent PTO Benefit. -Year 0-1: Three weeks -Year 2-4: Four weeks -Year 5+: Five weeks Plenty of overtime, but always optional/never mandatory. Frequently seeks employee input on improvement. Education reimbursement up to $3500 annual.

Cons

There is an opportunity to improve internal promotions vs. external hiring. Could use more programs for on-the-job training to prepare team members for leadership or professional positions as jobs open up.

We appreciate your feedback and detailed information with some of the Pros of working at Dynamic, and also always appreciate feedback regarding areas for improvement in the business. For 2022, over 55% of the positions that are considered promotable, were promoted from within. While this is a great accomplishment, there is also a focus on ensuring team members are more aware of the Dynamic programs available to them for greater utilization. We do appreciate your recommendation and it will be shared with the Learning & Development team. Thanks again!
