4yWe appreciate your feedback and are glad to see that you see value in our PTO offering. We are believers in family first, and for that reason, we are proud to offer 3 weeks of PTO in year 1, and 4 weeks on the 1st anniversary. Regarding your comment of slower-paced work, this is not a comment we see or hear often, if ever; however, there are times when the pace slows down as new processes/systems are introduced so that may the case. If you have concerns that you would talk about further, or hear about other positions within the organization that may be more aligned with the pace you are looking for, we encourage you to speak with your Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Partner.
