We appreciate your review and comments regarding working at Dynamic. You’ve pointed out that Dynamic has good people, and that our CEO, Miles Harter, makes a point to know our team members. It’s nice to hear that these things don’t go unnoticed. We believe a major differentiator for Dynamic, is our people. We also wanted to provide some context regarding your constructive feedback & advice to management regarding inventory and staffing levels. 2020 was a year like none other, and it impacted every person and business in some ways. We are grateful that Dynamic was able to remain open and did not lay off any workers during this time; however, many businesses were required to, which impacted the flow of material to our facility. This in effect moved what we would normally see as our busy season to later in the year. It required working overtime for production team members, and many others throughout the organization in various roles voluntarily working in production to process material. We are proud of our team for their contributions and hard work throughout 2020 ensuring that material was processed and kept out of landfills.
