Pros

Pretty cool industry to be apart of, growing but got themselves in a little over their heads. Will be interesting to see how things go in the future for them.

Cons

Act like a much large company than they actually are, a lot of fluff throughout the company (culture, benefits,...). Nothing wrong with acting larger than you are, but dont lie. No real internal growth, common side effect for this size company though.

We are sorry to see that you have a neutral outlook on Dynamic and that you feel our culture and benefits are fluff. We have found that the vast majority of our team members feel that our culture and benefits are a few of the things that set Dynamic apart as a Great Place to Work. For instance, offering benefits eligibility the first of the month following a new team member's start date and three weeks paid time off in the first year make a significant impact on our team members and their families, which directly supports our mission. We have found that a secret to long term success is having the confidence to propel growth by hiring and promoting the right people, setting up systems for continuous improvement and building out a forward-looking and innovative culture that encourages courageous goals. In order to accomplish this, we must operate with growth in mind and function like a large company. There is no misrepresentation to our team of our size, rather we offer our team members transparency regarding revenue, growth, wins and areas for improvement. We wish you luck in your future endeavors and thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback; we are sorry to hear that your experience was just alright. To clarify, team members receive 3 weeks of paid time off in their first year, and receive an additional week at their first anniversary, for a total of 4 weeks. The work is physical and the environment in Nashville certainly gets warm, however our team members' safety is of the utmost importance. We provide breaks often and refreshments to stay cool. Regarding advancement opportunities, we are thrilled to promote from within as often as possible and encourage our team members to meet with their managers often to discuss their individual growth plans or career paths.
