Pros

Good pay for the area, opportunities for overtime pay, decent benefits, adherence to core values, concern for safety and training programs to help you perform your job more successfully is a great resource to have available. Also, co-workers are genuinely great people overall and the company looks out for their employees and takes care of them better than most companies I've worked for!

Cons

DIrty and poorly ventilated working conditions, high turnover rate in the production area, high expectations always to do more even as standards of quality and safety have changed procedures. The work is very physical. Possibilities of injuries are always present.

Thank you for your honest feedback! You’ve pointed out some great positive points for working at Dynamic and based on our Great Place to Work results, we believe the team would echo your remarks with 90% of our team members saying this is a great place to work. We would also like to address some of your concerns and advice to management: Regarding the working conditions, our Recycling production is very physical work and de-manufacturing electronics like TV’s and computers is a dirty and dusty job. The talent acquisition team and our hiring managers provide a clear overview of the work, as well as provide a tour to every candidate being considered for the job so they have a realistic preview of the work they would be performing. This allows candidates to self-select out if they feel the work is too physical or dirty. With that said, Dynamic has many team members who thrive in this physical environment and make a very healthy incentive for their work pace. As a company we have a goal for zero injuries and be assured, safety is our #1 priority. We are pleased to have put an even greater focus on safety in 2019 and expect 2020 to be a safety record year through strategic planning and an all company focus on safety. Change agility is a key component to organizational success; however, we understand the importance of communication and the importance of understanding of the full impact any change makes within the organization. Your advice to management has been provided to senior leaders for further dialog and communication.
