We appreciate your feedback and strive to continuously challenge ourselves to grow and make positive improvements. Growing at 30%+ year over year has some challenges, one of which is the requirement of growth with constant change. We are building out policies and procedures that will scale with our growth, but are still on our journey to completion. I’m disappointed to hear that you do not find our benefits plans as lucrative as others; we carefully select our benefit plans based on feedback from team members to make sure we are providing the benefits they value most at a competitive cost. Additionally, we make every effort to ensure that we provide benefits to our team members that assist them be the best they can be, even outside our comprehensive health and welfare benefit package such as tuition reimbursement, personal financial literacy tools, paid parental leave and many more.

As with most growing companies, creation of new jobs is frequent, as is creating efficiency. In order to provide the best level of service possible to our Team Members we want to afford each Team Member with management that is accessible and increase efficiency in all areas of business. Our compensation offerings are quite competitive within the markets we operate; however in order to remain competitive we consistently monitor the marketplace and make adjustments as needed.
