- Management structure could be better - In long term seniors will get stuck in a position as there is lack of hierarchy - Recent degradation of company culture values. It used to be an amazing place with an welcoming attitude. Recently a few showoffs and toxic people are ruining the environment

- food is very good - salary is based on qualification, one of the top farms in Dhaka paying top-grade salary - there highly qualified engineers, so for mid-level and freshers, it is a good place to be mentored - people and management are good and fare people

Cons

- congested office space - recreational facilities are very poor
