Pros

Great people and nice office. Average benefits and a possibility of a bonus at the end of the year

Cons

Massive layoffs leave everyone overworked and underpaid. Management switches every year or two and there is no stability.

Pros

It's a job and a place to get experience in a production operator sector.

Cons

Double standards. Large pay discrepancy between operators. Discrepancy and irregularities between the work expectations between the different operators. Highest paid operator actually does the least work. Insurance isn't that great. Safety is often over looked or pencil whipped.

Pros

The intresting and different problems that are encountered on a daily basis, and being in a secluded nature filled location. The production employees were great to work with. Different types of systems were abound and created great challenge.

Cons

Cliquish environment, slow to accept change and management would not support management staff when issues appeared during implementation. You are on your own. Confining and over complicated improvement system that is choking everyone.
