Pros

Good pay and focus on safety.

Cons

Medical benefits are bad, little to no training, no opportunities for advancement and lower level employees are treated as work horses. Poor planning and follow through.

Pros

I have only been employed by Dyno for a week. So far, it has been an amazingly refreshing experience. Everyone with whom I have had contact has been professional, extremely friendly, and very eager to help. From the Talent Acquisition person, all the way through to the plant level associates, all interactions have been pleasant. They make me feel at home, as if I truly belong here.

Cons

None yet. I see a bright future ahead.

Pros

Pay is decent for the area.

Cons

People who are hired to be managers and people promoted to be managers are equally the least skilled and least caring managers you can imagine. They stagger from bad to worse.
