Pros

Great place to work....With little management input. Few team building, but lots of projects.

Cons

Very little training available.Hard to make a real impact. Employees are driven, but hard to excel in one area of expertise. Did many projects, with little imput from managers, till you come to reporting findings. Had a great director, who was always available for questions. Very busy, and had too many reports to be a great manager. But excellent communicator. Lots of change management, and lean management studies.
