Cons
Mediocre pay (for fresh graduates it is the same irrespective of your honors, whether first class or not). While it claims to be synonym of innovation, this is hardly so in Singapore. Here it's only about the later stage of product development, meaning you can't create new things from scratch- you can only do minor modification for product mass production. The information control is very tight here; you don't even know what they are developing in UK before the project get transferred. If you are not Ang Mo(local term for Caucasian), then don't expect fast promotions. The company has too many UK expats. Unusual high turn over rates.
