Pros

Being part of an organization that has turned an industry upside down is interesting. Casual dress is good. Hours are decent.

Cons

Lack of development. Lots of expats sent over from the UK limiting opportunities for local employees. Lots of exec turnover.

Pros

Dyson stands behind the technology and engineering in their vacuums. They make a good product that is at the top of the category and are always looking for ways to improve upon that technology. They have created a great brand much like Apple.

Cons

The company does not care for their employees. I worked for dyson for 4 years. When I first started working they did make it about their employees and cared for their well being. They knew that the employees is what helped make their brand. As they continued to grow they brought in new upper management and that mentality went out the window. They will find anyway to get rid of good employees if it means they can make another buck.
