Pros

The people make this workplace truly amazing. I enjoy coming to work, feel motivated, and have felt so much growth from working at E. A. Sween. I feel appreciated and feel cared about.

Great pay, benefits and lots of incentives

Pros

The pay and benefits are great and they work hard to give us good options, there are lots of incentives like sporting event tickets drawn several times a months, way to earn points that can be used toward gift cards (etc.), sign on bonuses, possible yearly bonuses, etc. The company is very diverse and everyone is very friendly.

Cons

More vacation would be nice - you start out okay but it could be improved for years of service. I think it needs to be bumped up to complete with other companies.

Amazing Place to Work

Pros

I joined EAS in a remote environment due to COVID. Everyone, from my team to crossfunctional partners, to the company’s leadership team, has made it easy to integrate into the company’s culture. One of the company’s core values is to value people most of all and from the day I had my first interview, I knew that to be true. I am treated with respect and am trusted to make decisions. I know I can speak to anyone in the organization – the open communication is refreshing. This is a great company with tremendous growth opportunities. This is the happiest I have been in my career.

Cons

Nothing. Every team member is valued here. It is not something that is just said, it is something you can feel.
