Pros

Interesting job because there is so much diversity in samples. Small teams for each department. Pretty easy going work environment. Management is okay with taking lots of days off if not busy or want to use vacation time.

Cons

There are always going to be people who are difficult to work with and can be more challenging on a small team. Harder to get a job here unless you’re very experienced or have a higher degree than an AS. Not sure yet if bonuses are going to be as good under new management and budget

It is true that we have high academic standards for many of our roles, as the analysis is very challenging and exacting. I encourage you to speak with your manager about what your personal Career Path could look like. Bonuses are calculated according to company performance and are independent of any management changes.

With respect to your project workload, I would recommend that you discuss your workload with your supervisor so we can load level with the staff on the operations side.
