You'll quickly see most type of accounting transactions and have hands-on learning of the full accounting cycle. You may also be allowed to work from home for certain days.

Cons

The personalities and people skill of upper management is bordering on harassment. They constantly berate employees behind their backs and are obsessed with write-ups to HR instead of training/coaching. This is not a place you want to have a career. The monthly close processes is humiliating to employees. The company refuses to spend on any process improvement even though they have tens of millions on hand at all times. If you are a new graduate, this is a good place to learn accounting for 1-2 years, but I can't recommend anyone staying over that. These aren't the 'people' you want to work with or have power over you. My final say is that the Eurofins NSC is a far worse place to work than I will say here for many reasons and to please heed my advice and do not consider them unless you have no choice.

Thank you for your feedback. I assume from your comment that you are in the Bay Area. If so, yes, it is extremely expensive to live here. We conduct regular analysis for pay rates for each market in which we operate and adjust accordingly. This year has presented unique challenges to both employers and employees in terms of job searches and inflationary conditions. It is proving very challenging for everyone.
