Thank you for your feedback. I'm not sure what facility you worked in, as we don't have any EAG labs in San Diego. I'm glad you were able to gain valuable experiences, wherever you were!

Pros

My experience at EAG hasn’t been all good OR all bad, but I’m still giving it 3 stars because compared to every other company I’ve worked for, EAG is by far the best. I jumped around from company to company quite a lot in my early 20s and was able to catch on pretty quickly to what differentiated good companies from bad ones. From my experience, the things that make a company great are: Openness to employee feedback Collaborative leadership style Constant desire to improve Everything else is entirely subjective. Some people like working as part of large teams, others prefer to work alone. Some people want more benefits and perks, some people want more time off. Some people want to be in full control of their schedule, others would rather be told what to do. See what I mean? That’s why, as long as a company has these three qualities (which EAG Labs absolutely has in spades), then you won’t really know if you’re a good fit until you try it out for yourself. If you’re young, this is the perfect time of your life to be doing that. If you apply and get hired and find out that you’re a great fit, then my advice is don’t leave. Quality companies are hard to find. It’s even rarer to find one that fits your work style and what you want out of your job and your career.

Cons

Again, I’d say the negatives of working at any company are as subjective as the positives. What one person might like, another person might hate. For me, personally, there isn’t any downside to working at EAG that isn’t 100% worth putting up with to keep my job because, overall, I really like working here. It’s a great company that treats its employees well and gives us more than our due.

Pros

A few years back they introduced several training programs for employees at all levels of the organization. Since that time employees have been more focused and invigorated to achieve the company mission. Its been a heck of a ride for the two years I’ve been here and I’m excited to see what the future holds.

Cons

Sometimes you’re expected to put in extra hours. Comes with the territory.
