Everyone seems to be very friendly Treats you like a family and not just a regular employee They give you the opportunity to learn while working with no pressure at all

Better and better over time

Pros

Only got better and better over time. Management is always looking for ways to improve training, efficiency and improved work/life balance for the team amongst other benefits. The Nanolab team is the best there is not only because of their laser like focus but also because there are so many incentives to perform well. I didn’t know how good I had it until I left for other opportunities. Now I regret leaving as early as I did.

It was good while it lasted. I learned a lot and met some pretty great people along the way.

Cons

Only the opportunities to move up. If there were more I would have stuck around.

Thank you for your feedback. As you were working in a small lab, it can be challenging to move ahead unless you can move to another location. Overall, the company has done a lot of work over the past year to outline career paths and to provide the tools for employees to work on their skills sets for future career aspirations.
