EAG creates a learning environment that allows me to develop my skills. I work in a team environment and everyone works to deliver high quality reports to our customers.

Cons

As we have many of the most recognizable companies in the world it puts tremendous pressure on my team to deliver the correct analysis. Also as everything is controlled under IP I cannot talk to my friends about what I discover about products that everyone uses daily.

EAG Laboratories Response

The quality of work is definitely a point of pride for us! Yes, this does create pressure to deliver top quality work. And I certainly understand the personal impact of protecting our clients' IP. But that is one of the reasons we have a high trust relationship with them.

It use to be a good company, until AS gained power. Now it has no future.

Cons

They keep getting bought or traded. When you work there you are a tool waiting to be sacrificed. No trust, No honesty, No loyalty. No genuine plans for success.

We accept that there was a transition period and we experienced growing pains. If you had continued with us then we hope that you would now feel that we are positioned to grow. With the backing of Eurofins, a multi-billion-dollar global leader in scientific services we can now invest in new equipment, and more importantly our employees. We hate to see experienced staff leave us, and I think that if you were to talk to the current staff, you would see that it is a positive place to work. Having said this, we each make our own decisions about what is important to us, and have different needs and expectations in the workplace and I wish you well in all your future endeavors.
