      Family owned, small enough to be personal and yet big enough to be an impact in the marketplace, great working environment, always feel appreciated, fast growing

      fast growing sometimes leads to more opportunities and sales, meaning their is a load on installs

      Some of the employees are great if you can trust them.

      Cons

      Ownership and majority of the management is horrible. No training on the products they sell. You are always looking over your shoulder to see if you are the next one to go.

      The people are kind. They paid for Project Management Training external

      Cons

      The most unprofessional atmosphere I have ever worked in. No HR to protect employees. No training provided , Pay is horrible, Turn over of 23 people in less than 2 years. They lie to their customers about products that do not exist. Management plays games with peoples lives and works employees against one another.
