      Pros

      I have been with ECi for 4 years and find it is a great place to work. There is a lot of flexibility and freedom in the job as well as a lot of support from upper management. ECi is a fast growing company with an outstanding leadership team. They are open and accessible to ideas from their employees. The new management team has brought in new strength and energy which has been an exciting boost for their departments and the company.

      Cons

      It would be better if the 401k could be stronger for the employees in the future.

      Pros

      Great management team, tight knit colleague community, fast growing company through acquisitions and new products. Fort Worth head quarters has a great open layout and is easy to get through as DFW is close by.

      Cons

      Complexity of product integration, compatibility and enhancement, caused by high rate of new acquisitions. Niche industries served by software may take a while to learn if you're not from those industries.
