      • Creates a family atmosphere • Establishes goals for personal growth and helps employees achieve them • Embraces community with opportunities for employees to contribute • Strong drives for excellent customer service • Increases in employee count each year as the company grows, high retention rate of employees • Constant employee recognition is an awesome theme within ECI, to shine the spotlight on great achievements. It is excellent to see that good deeds and contributions are acknowledged company wide.

      Cons

      There is nothing that I consider a “con”.

      The company has grown a lot over the past several years. So still a lot of room to improve and become a even better place to work. Great management team Awesome Human Resources Dept.

      Pros

      Great management (M1 department anyways), solid support group for employees, process improvement continually running. The single fact that we are continuously reconfiguring current processes and that management really listens to their employees in regards to those processes

      Cons

      I really and truly can't think of any complaints with current management. Previous management, from what I've seen and dealt with, sucks.
