      Pros

      Flexible and friendly work environment. Most people really care about what they do and want to help the customer. ECi has good products and is the industry leader in most markets. Growth has been strong.

      Cons

      Growth is through acquisition so divisions are disjointed and lack streamlined processes. This can also cause communication breakdowns. Advancement and accountability of middle/upper management is an issue.
