Business Outlook
Pros
Super casual environment. The managers are accessible and easy to talk to. The pay is fair. Feedback is encouraged. Opportunity abounds, but this is not a 40 hour a week gig for the ambitious. Nice family feel to it all.
Cons
Understaffed, overburdened, it is difficult to service the customer if even one person calls in or goes on vacation. The departures seem to have accelerated in recent months. The company was purchased by Carlyle Group last year. The private investment firm will resell or dissect and sell piecemeal to competitors within 5 years. That is the pattern. Acquisitions continue however, maybe ECI will buy everyone else out?
