      ECi is a company that really try's to look out for its employees. There is a wonderful vibe in the office environment that has been accomplished by the company putting their employees first. Management have a great balance of being firm on their employees to get the best for the company, which in the long run will benefit everyone, but also being very kind, friendly and approachable for any employee. The company also offer great benefits to its employees

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel as though there are a lack of opportunities' within the company. I believe this could also be classed as a positive as the company has great employee retention meaning sometimes opportunities just are not an option

      Pros

      It is great that colleagues across multiple BU's are always willing to discuss their best practices and offer to work with you. People are friendly and seem to be invested in your success. It is refreshing to know that upper management cares to know who their employees are and recognize them at an event or in a meeting. The work-life balance is unbelievably flexible and people are genuinely interested in your well being and.

      Cons

      There is a lack of a training program and access to training resources. Along the same lines, there is limited communication and acceptance of responsibility between BU's often times causing confusion among internal teams and frustration for customers.

      Pros

      ECI is a great place for people willing to grow, lead and tackle new challenges. For those people, the company is rich with opportunity to tackle new projects, technologies and/or develop new skills. The leadership team is focused on continuing to grow and transform the business to the next level.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of being in some many verticals and growing partially via acquisition, there is a challenging mix of technologies and business strategies. These are being clarified and simplified via the go-forward strategy(which is good) but we are not their yet.
