ECI Software Solutions reviews

As part of an acquisition I can say it has been a truly awful experience.  There was zero transparency while making changes to policies, procedures and compensation packages. The company prides itself on its culture. You will see a lot of corporate congratulatory emails about various customer rollouts.  And then the inevitable Reply All emails from various department heads to second the motion. Job responsibilities include handing out High 5s to your coworkers for a job well done.   Points are given along with the accolades and when they add up you can get yourself a George Forman grill.  Unbelievably, a lot of time and resources is spent on this activity. Everything comes off as disingenuous and a bit of a joke.  Unless you are new to the work force and need the experience I would look for a company with a touch more class.  And a bit more seriousness.

No Go to Market Strategy for Manufacturing Software, Minimal Marketing Leads, No brand recognition, SDR's are not picking up the phone getting top of funnel leads, Cannot bill customers correctly, Support is lacking and people do not purchase because of it, Push to the cloud when the products are not ready, Unable to differentiate to the public the differences between systems, No product development because their is apparently no budget, serious issues here that need to be address! System is 10 years behind the competition with no plans to address missing features. Also, healthcare benefits at ECi are the worst I've seen in my 20 year career at any company.
