If you're thinking about applying.... This is one of those companies that make you fill out long and unnecessary forms on their career page, even after uploading your resume. You will have to waste your time filling online forms that wastes people time. They have made all field mandatory from exact dates of education to minimum character limit. It was one of the longest form filling I had to do which took away incredible amount of time and then to be rejected via a email a while later. I dont write reviews, this is my first one but this was just ridiculous for my position.

Their big push over the last year is in the name of accountability and transparency. But how it really comes out is having to document your every minute on the job and feeling like you are under a microscope. What it comes down to is a numbers game. It does not come down to what you know, but how many you help. You are encouraged to go the extra mile to help customers, but given flak if you clock the overtime without prior approval. There is ZERO work-life balance. It is just assumed you will check your emails after hours even though you are not on the clock. There are benefits offered, BUT THEY SUCK.
