Pros

You don't have a lot of micromanagement, although they do track your activity to a high degree and could at any time. Culture is full of good intentions, but they are very poorly executed.

Cons

Pay is low and the health insurance is absolutely AWFUL. They give you $500 for an HSA savings, but only the annual physical is covered. The vision ins is bad - even the annual visit is only partially covered. I've never worked for a company with this low of a health insurance plan. Very high turnover rate!
